No, you'd be in the Whiny-Whiny-I-Can't-Do-It Lame-o Club. You wouldn't know the splendor of the winter woods. You wouldn't know the true potential of hot chocolate and schnapps. You wouldn't even know there were such things as snowshoes built specifically to accommodate a woman's narrower stride. That is not a life lived. These are my first snow shoes and I love them. First & foremost - they are made in the USA. They are light and great in the snow. My only complaint is they aren't as easy to put on & take off as I thought. I have a feeling I'll be breaking the pull tabs before the end of the season but Redfeather offers repair of their shoes so I feel comfortable if I do break them the company is there to repair it and put me back on the trails in no time.
